Our process


We follow a multi-phase, 360° process starting with Strategic Planning, moving on through Licensee Prospecting and Setting Expectations/Terms Negotiation, then to Product/Retail Development, and finally to Infrastructure and Process Development.


During this process, the agency/client team receives constant marketplace feedback to sharpen future work. This does not assume that each of our phases must be mutually exclusive, or all must take a minimum, required amount of time. The process differs based on each client objectives.
